Shoppers love this White Mountain hotel's location "in the middle" of Settlers' Green Outlet Village, though the place has "plenty to do" for non-consumers too: ski areas, Story Land, "ice-skating, indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis" on-site, plus DVD players in the "large", "nicely decorated" rooms; service is " friendly and accommodating" and the breakfast gets plus points, but the "family-oriented" spot does get "noisy", since there are "lots of kids around."

Very good location for someone who wants to shop clothes and shoes.

In our room, there was a disturbing noise coming from the ventilation system of the swimming pool.

We appreciate our stay at this hotel, except that, in our room, there was noise coming from the ventilation system of the swimming pool. We enjoyed the outside jacuzzi and swimming pool. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Not so many restaurants in that area. ...read more

More for families with kids (kind of loud); beds not too comfortable; no atmosphere in hotel.

The hotel was located in a very convenient place. Within walking distance to shops. The hotel staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food and a great breakfast buffet. The wait staff was very good. And they offer free apple cider, hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby from 4-6. The only small complaints were that there was no atmosphere in the hotel and the one at the outlets outside is indoors and is only open at certain hours. Also the beds weren't very comfortable and the TV's were ancient. The hotel was definitely worth the price I bid. I wouldn't want to pay the full price for the rooms though. ...read more

Not well sign posted off the main street in north Conway.

Comfortable hotel situated in and around the north Conway shopping area. Facilities were appropriate for the hotel - room was fairly standard - front desk staff were helpful.
